Human Resources Management
The Human Resource Management program at Mountaina Vocational Institute (MVI) is designed to equip learners with the practical knowledge and skills needed to manage people effectively in modern organizations. As part of MVI’s Business career programs, the training focuses on essential HR functions such as recruitment, staff training and development, conflict resolution, performance management, and promoting workplace well-being. The program is offered in flexible training durations ranging from 6 months to 1 year. Students who complete the 1-year program are awarded a National Diploma (ND), while those who complete the 6-month program receive a Testimonial Certificate. These qualifications prepare graduates for entry-level roles in human resource administration and personnel management.
